Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m an environmental scientist turned career coach. I built ENVIROlocity™ for the person I was ten years ago: burned out, overlooked, and stuck in a search that kept producing the same results.
I spent years in the field — surface water quality, habitat restoration, GIS-heavy program management. I know the specific kind of drift that happens when you love the mission but can’t figure out the job market. It isn’t a skills problem. It isn’t a resume problem. It’s usually an operating-system problem.
